International course
Our annual International Leadership Development course trains Mexico's next generation of leaders by improving women's decision making power, increasing their self confidence, and promoting social entrepreneurship.
Programs in Mexico
WILL grew out of the University Center for Women's Leadership at the Technical University of Central Valleys of Oaxaca. Women meet weekly for workshops, conferences, and mentoring.

In a state where only ten percent of the population has a Bachelor's degree or higher, our scholarship recipients are forging the path for change and gender equality.
